To upload your design, simply select the product you'd like to customize, and use the 'Upload Design' feature. Supported file formats include JPEG, PNG, SVG and WEBP. For best results, ensure your design is high resolution.
Our typical turnaround time for custom orders is 2-3 weeks from the order date. This includes production and shipping time. If you need your order expedited, please contact us for rush order options.
At Crockers Customs, we're happy to accommodate orders of any size, including single-item custom orders. Whether you need one piece or a hundred, we're here to bring your designs to life.
To keep your custom apparel looking its best, we recommend washing it inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach and do not iron directly on the print.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or store credit.
